Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- Items are sent out via Australia Post registered mail with a Tracking number.
- Larger or Heavier items that cannot be sent via Australia Post will be sent via a courier company, alternatively you can contact us to arrange a time for pick-up.
- Customers will receive an email notifying them that the item has been posted.
- Australia Post will send an email to customers with the Tracking number. You can check the status of your order using the tracking number on www.ausposttracking.com.au
- If you have any questions or problems do arise, please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@ielectronics.com.au
- iElectronics will not be held directly liable for any damage or theft during the delivery process.
Returns:
- I Electronics offers a 30 day money back guarantee for any faulty or not as described items. Please contact us immediately if this is the case and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
- Please contact us if you have any issues with your item, we will be happy to help.
- All returned items come with 5-10 working day turn around.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to return any items for replacement/ refund at their own expense.
- iElectronics has the right to refuse refunds or replacements for items returned back in unsellable condition.
